Duston, Northampton

A tired and dated 1930’s semi-detached residence that underwent a complete internal renovation and refurbishment that incorporated a downstairs layout redesign, enabling the addition of a downstairs WC, a utility cubby to house appliances, and a cloakroom.  The clever integration of several lean-to’s created a spacious kitchen diner, and the addition of a glass roof flooded the well-laid out contemporary kitchen with natural light.  An upstairs redesign allowed for creation of a larger than average bathroom showcasing a luxurious freestanding bath with feature tap. Other details included wooden flooring throughout, a bespoke wooden staircase and wooden blinds.

Kislingbury, Northamptonshire

Featured on Channel 4’s ‘Love it or List it’, this full-scale renovation saw a dilapidated two-bedroom semi evolve into a four-bedroom versatile family home complete with two elegant en-suite bathrooms in addition to a family bathroom.  A double-storey extension to the rear and side coupled with a complete interior redesign were undertaken to improve the flow and functionality of the property.  The front door was moved to the side of the house and the stairs relocated to a new entrance hall, allowing for the addition of a large walk-in cloakroom and a downstairs WC.  The extended kitchen with a superb feature island was complemented by a generous utility room.  A versatile loft conversion designed to work equally well as the principal bedroom, a teenager’s hang-out, or AirBnB accommodation completed the internal renovation.  Outside, the garden was landscaped to feature a generous composite decking area and a large, separate patio area laid out with Brazilian slab.  Additional high-spec details included underfloor heating throughout the downstairs, engineered wooden flooring throughout first and second floors, quality porcelain tiling and an exquisite handmade oak staircase.

Holland Park, London

An elegant, full refurbishment of a dilapidated and uninspiring flat in Holland Park central London, that benefitted from a newly designed and modern kitchen, and the addition of a contemporary second bathroom which created useful space and added value.  Natural wooden floors and a one-off stained glass internal window were bespoke features added to this property to enhance its appeal and saleability

Unique Village Development Opportunity Northamptonshire

A recently acquired disused old dairy farm, with surrounding barns, and commercial outbuildings, on a 2/3-acre parcel of land within the heart of a picturesque village setting, represents our latest venture. We are proud to be working on this unique development, where we aim to deliver a project that respects its former heritage.
