Filomena Fontana

CEO

Filomena’s many years as a senior manager and advisory consultant within the Justice sector and Education & Training, focused on strategic operations, encompassing business development and contract management.  Throughout this period, a second career in property renovation was gradually cultivated; each project a little more ambitious.  David was keen to join her in small-scale property development after beginning their property journey together as investors, and before co-founding Lucania Projects.  The name Lucania pays homage to Filomena’s Italian heritage.

David Scotland

Finance Director

David’s long, corporate career within the Financial Services industry concentrated on providing solutions to meet the requirements of high- net- worth individuals.  After many years working for a major banking institution, he went on to become a successful, independent residential mortgage broker, concurrently branching out into property sourcing, and the buy-to-let market.  Diversifying further into property as an investor was a natural progression for David, bringing Filomena on board prior to co- founding Lucania Projects.

We have sought out the best of creative expertise to work with, assembling a team of highly experienced and fully qualified business associates.  We always collaborate with like-minded professionals who understand our vision and bring a shared enthusiasm for revitalising our high streets.
